Dear Families,

Our annual Walk-a-thon is nearly here! On Sunday, May 18, our annual Walk-a-thon will begin at 9:00 am at Lake Merced. Students, staff, and friends in the community will be joining us that morning to help raise funds for our school.

Our school has a needed project that will benefit from this event:

Upgrade the Student Computer Lab—The computers in our computer lab are nearly nine years old and need to be replaced.  We’re looking at integrating the latest technologies to make the computer lab more accessible to students.   

A strong support of our Walk-a-thon is essential for maintaining San Francisco Adventist School’s tradition of excellence. Our goal this year is $7500. 

We are expecting every student to participate by soliciting sponsors for this event. A recommended goal for each student is $150. East student who reaches his/her personal goal will get a pizza party following the Walk-a-thon.

I’m confident that as we all work together we can reach our goal and continue to make our school a great place for kids to grow. Thank you again for your support of our school!
