Daylight Saving Time

Don't forget to set your clocks and watches ahead one hour this weekend. Officially, the time changes at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 11.

Beginning in 2007, most of the United States begins Daylight Saving Time at on the second Sunday in March and reverts to standard time on the first Sunday in November.

Ice Skating

Below you will find a link to the permission slip for our ice skating trip next Tuesday, March 13. This trip is for students in grades 1-8.

New Language Arts Program

You may also find an article online about the new Pathways literacy program that Adventist schools are implementing. I'm proud to serve on the steering committee that is preparing these materials.

Next year you'll see your child's teacher using more of the components of Pathways in their classrooms.

Hillside Community Church

Please reserve Saturday, April 28, on your calendar. Students in grades 1-8 will be leading the worship service at Hillside Community Church in South San Francisco.

Eye on the Bay

Get ready to set your TiVo® now! Students from our school will be featured on "Eye on the Bay" on Thursday, March 22. ABC-TV will be taping our students at the Flower and Garden Show earlier that day and broadcast between 3 and 4 pm that same day. More information will be sent home about this event.
